2022’s Rosé is a concerted effort to embody the beauty of both Copia Vineyards’ Estate Vineyards. Composed of Grenache and Mourvèdre from the Willow Creek Estate and Grenache from Copia’s new Adelaida Estate, the wine is combination of saignée and direct to press. What results is an elegant and refreshing wine featuring a beautiful rosy hue, gorgeous fruity notes of grapefruit, strawberry and tangerine alongside bold aromatics of the same. It’s appropriate that this first wine of the release season was the first fruit on the crush pad of Copia’s new winery.
